Refund Policy

We are very proud of the quality of our products, but on rare occasion, it can happen that an item is delivered:
- damaged
- defective
- not what you ordered
If this turns out to be the case, follow the steps to request an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that were delivered in good condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
* Do not ‘return to sender’:
We work hard every day to find only the best quality products to bring to you. This means that we work with many different suppliers and warehouses. So, the warehouse from which your order was shipped may not be the warehouse to which you should return your item. When you contact us to let us know of your issue, we will reply with the correct address to return your item to.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items returned to the wrong address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items ‘returned to sender’.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

  2. When contacting us, please include the following information:
    1. Your name
    2. Your order number
    3. A written description of the issue
    4. A photo or video of the issue
    5. Let us know whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund
  3. We will reply within 24 hours to let you know which address to return your item to.

If, after 5 business days, you have yet to receive your refund, please:
  1. Check your original method of payment account once again 
  2. Check other accounts, in case your ordered from a different account than the one you thought you did

On occasion we offer some items that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items
Once an order leaves our warehouse, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled, as it cannot be recalled.
